REVITALISING A TOURIST ATTRACTION
Sometimes all it’s takes is a clever rebrand to revitalise a tourist attraction…
It’s not everyday you are asked to rebrand a cave system but that’s what happened earlier this year!
And that cave system was Stump Cross Caverns in the wild and wonderful Yorkshire Dales, near Grassington.
Rebranding your tourist attraction is a great way to revitalise and re-engage with your audience, attract more visitors and increase footfall.
So, how do you revitalise a tourist attraction?
Revitalising a tourist attraction involves creating an attractive brand identity, developing engaging marketing campaigns and initiatives and improving the overall visitor experience.
All of these activities can help to increase the appeal of a tourist destination and make it stand out from the competition.
As a tourist attraction in the UK you are competing against so many others in their various forms
And yes, in case you didn’t know it, there are other cave systems in the UK, in fact there is another one in Yorkshire!
Rebranding campaigns, when done right, can have a hugely positive impact on the image and reputation of the attraction
Which in turn makes it a more attractive visitor destination and footfall increases as a result.
Popularity grows and suddenly you are in demand!
We awoke this sleeping giant from its 1970s slumber
We looked at the surrounding area and the discoveries that can be found in the cave system for inspiration
And behold, the Wolverine came to life, in its prehistoric form.
Who doesn’t want to experience living history by visiting a prehistoric cave and meeting a real life cavewoman who has her very own Wolverine!
If you haven’t been to Stump Cross Caverns you really are missing out, a bit like not talking to us!
Come and talk to us, we can assist you with your branding, your rebranding and your brand management.
