LOCH NESS TEA COMPANY

What makes effective packaging stand out on shelves?

When Loch Ness Tea Company asked us to design their tea packaging, we jumped at the chance.

Great packaging does more than hold a product—it tells a story and grabs attention.

Our latest design, inspired by the mystique of a certain Scottish Loch, achieves just that with bold visuals and luxurious details.

The base of the design is a deep, dark inky blue, echoing the loch’s mysterious waters.

Each product flavour is distinguished by a unique coloured band.

Vibrant colours help customers quickly identify their choice while adding a splash of personality to the overall design.

To elevate the look further, we used shimmering copper foiling to represent the rich copper tones of tea;

And raised UV varnish to add another dimension to the packaging.

These elements not only highlight key details but also create a tactile, premium feel that catches the light

And customer’s eye.

The finishing touch is a focal feature inspired by local folklore, subtly etched in gleaming detail.

Adding an air of intrigue, this invites customers to explore the product, while anchoring the design in the rich storytelling tradition of Scotland.

With its combination of bold colours, luxurious finishes and a captivating narrative, this packaging stands out on the shelf.

And stays memorable.

Effective design like this proves that packaging isn’t just a container—it’s a storyteller and a sales driver.

This storytelling aspect not only enhances brand identity but also resonates with your audience who appreciate authenticity in their purchases.

In a crowded market where countless products vie for attention, effective tea packaging must do more than just look good;

It must tell a story while enticing customers through bold visuals and luxurious finishes.

With our new design, we believe we’ve achieved just that—making this tea not just another choice on the shelf,

But an irresistible invitation to explore its rich flavours and enchanting provenance.
